Job description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing bookings, coordinating logistics, and supporting our clients throughout their travel experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong research abilities, and a solid understanding of Excel to help manage bookings and operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bookings Management: Coordinate hotel, driver, and other travel-related bookings for clients. Ensure all bookings are accurate, timely, and meet client expectations.
- Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their bookings and travel arrangements. Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns that arise.
- Vendor Coordination: Communicate with hotel partners, transportation providers, and other vendors to confirm bookings, resolve issues, and ensure smooth execution of services.
- Research & Planning: Conduct research to find the best accommodations, drivers, and activities for clients based on their preferences and needs. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and destination-specific information.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client bookings, payments, and other relevant details. Utilize Excel to track and analyze booking data and trends.
- Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to operational processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service throughout the client’s booking and while the trip is ongoing, stay in touch and ensure a smooth travel experience. Go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Very good written and verbal communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Research Abilities: Strong research skills to find the best travel options for clients and stay updated on industry trends, should be capable of researching and adding new hotels, restaurants etc. wherein the trips are conducted.
- Excel Proficiency: Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data entry, analysis, and reporting. Ability to create and manage booking sheets and client data.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹240,000.00 – ₹300,000.00 per year
Work Location: Guwahati / Hybrid
