SOCIAL MEDIA CURATOR
Prerequisites
- Experience of at least 1-2 years in building a social media community.
- Exceptionally well-versed in creating and editing designs in Canva
- Exceptional communication skills and hold over the English language.
- Good conversationalist and should be able to have engaging conversations with the community on Social Media
- Pro Research Skills
- Good understanding of online advertising and basics of CPM, CPC, CPL etc. and KPIs that hit the correct TG.
- Being well-travelled in the Northeast will be a huge plus.
- Have insights into the sub-culture of backpackers, globetrotters and travel bloggers.
Responsibilities
- Slowly build a community and engage with them across social platforms by curating engaging content from the content bank and crowdsourcing.
- Put together a content strategy for diverse projects around marketing. From partnership campaigns to generating leads for new destinations.
- Run digital paid campaigns (facebook, google, instagram).
- Generating content ideas and driving content marketing to generate leads, traffic, engagement etc, that deliver sales.
- Plan engaging content and pick stories to talk about. Execute them. Collaborate with cinematographers, writers and content creators to create them. Put it across social platforms and measure insights.
- Work with the product team to understand the essence of the experiences we create and help the sales team to generate leads by creating relevant content.
